xReturns Policy
We hope you’ll love your ibeev order but if you want to return any of it we will happily refund you for any items you return to us in an unused and resalable condition within 28 days of receipt. We will evaluate your returned item and process your refund or either exchange / return by fulfilling mutual consent.
This excludes the following:
a) Marketplace Orders - any marketplace returns must always be sent direct to the Marketplace seller. (See below for more info)
b) Perishable items (e.g. food and baby milk)
c) Medicines
d) Items personalised for you
e) Sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (unless these items were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered)
Other Applicable Rules:
a) Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
b) Electrical and photographic equipment will only be accepted if complete with all leads, accessories and software. Any software must have its original seal intact.
c) We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
d) All returns are evaluated before being processed.

Standard Delivery:
Usually delivered within 5 working days 8am - 9pm*. Free delivery on orders over £30 in a single transaction excluding gift boxing, infant formula, other shops and ibeev services (insurance and opticians). Orders containing bulky/heavy items or super heavy items are not available for free delivery. Please see details below.
